If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete, the stake for the relevant bet is generally refunded. However, if the event resumes within the scheduled timeframe, the original bet may remain valid. For parlays or multi-bets, any cancelled selection will be counted at odds of 1.00.
In live betting, odds change continuously. If the odds shift between the time a bet is submitted and when it is accepted by the system, 8up reserves the right to apply the updated odds or void the bet. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 8up reserves the right to cancel that bet.
Maximum winnings on a single bet vary by market. In general, the maximum payout per betting session is up to ৳5,00,000. Separate limits may apply for special events.
8up supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. In most cases, deposits are credited to your account instantly, though slight delays may occur due to network issues.
KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing winnings. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Funds are generally returned via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made. Direct withdrawal of deposits without placing any bets is not permitted.
8up processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Foreign currency transactions are not accepted.
New members may receive a welcome bonus at a set rate on their first deposit. To qualify, the first deposit must be made within the specified period and meet the minimum deposit requirement.
Each bonus comes with a specific wagering multiplier. For example, if the wagering requirement is 10x and the bonus is ৳500, you must place a total of ৳5,000 in bets before making a withdrawal. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
You can earn bonuses by referring friends. Once the referred person completes registration and makes their first deposit, the referrer will receive a bonus. Any fraudulent referrals or attempts to claim referral bonuses through multiple self-created accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
